When you contact us or use the instant-offer tool, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email, the garage postcode and details, and any photos you choose to upload. Where a site has CCTV, we also process CCTV footage of that site.

To respond to your enquiry, prepare and discuss an offer, manage storage arrangements, and keep sites secure. We do not sell your data or share it except where needed to provide these services or where the law requires it.

We keep enquiry and customer data only as long as needed for the purpose above, and then delete it. Where CCTV is in place, footage is retained for no longer than 30 days unless needed for an ongoing security or legal matter. Not every site has CCTV.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us at hello@pinklockups.co.uk and we will respond. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
